GMT Global Republic Aviation (GMT Global) has acquired four Airbus A320-200 aircraft from
ORIX Aviation. The addition of the four single-aisle aircraft further diversifies GMT Global’s
portfolio to a total of sixteen twin-aisle and eight single-aisle aircraft.

acquiring aircraft in the international aviation market during difficult economic times,”
