Republic Financial Completes Purchase of Three Aircraft

Aurora, Colo. - July 30, 2007 Republic Financial Corporation (Republic), a privately held company with investment interests in a diverse portfolio of operating companies and aviation assets, announced today the acquisition of three Airbus A330-300 aircraft purchased from AerCap. The aircraft are currently leased to S.N. Brussels based in Brussels, Belgium. With this latest acquisition, Republic's aviation portfolio totals 13 wide-body aircraft, evidencing Republic's progression toward its expansion goals for the Aviation and Portfolio Group.

Two of the purchased planes were manufactured in 1993 and the third in 1994.
