GMT Global Republic Aviation (GMT Global) has acquired four Airbus A320-200 aircraft from ORIX Aviation. The addition of the four single-aisle aircraft further diversifies GMT Global’s portfolio to a total of sixteen twin-aisle and eight single-aisle aircraft.
“We are extremely pleased that GMT Global has been able to continue its expansion by acquiring aircraft in the international aviation market during difficult economic times,” commented Paul Mason, Chief Executive Officer of GMT Global. “It is tough to get deals closed in these tight market conditions.”
